Inpasa del Paraguay S.A operates under a completely ecological management, adhering to the regulations set forth by the (EC) 834/2007 regulation of the European Union and USDA organic regulations, 7 CFR Part 205 – National Organic Program of the United States, regarding organic production.

The scope of the certification covers the cultivation, handling, processing, and commercialization of Organic Sugar for both markets.

The certification includes the inspection of crop fields and processing plants, detailed record-keeping, and periodic monitoring to ensure that producers comply with the standards and procedures known as "Organic Standards." These standards aim to achieve healthier foods and environmental conservation.

The certification for Sugar Cane was obtained on December 23, 2020, through the certifying company ARGENCERT / ECOCERT Group SA - Buenos Aires, Argentina.
