Guidelines for the IBD Organic Quality Standard (CE/BR) - equivalence with European Regulation IBD Organic Quality Standard equivalent with European Regulation (CE) 834/2007 and 889/2008 and Brazilian Regulation: Brazilian Law 10.831 from December 23rd, 2003, Decree number 6.323 from December 27th, 2007; Applicable Normative Instructions of the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Provision Allows marketing organic products in Europe and Brazil. Inpasa del Paraguay has successfully certified its Emulsifiable Oil product. This certification was obtained in Aug 2022.
