Laurel

INPASA. The first producer of 100% Corn-based Ethanol in Latin America, originally located in the district of Nueva Esperanza, now the district of Laurel, Department of Canindeyú, Paraguay. Incorporated as a company in 2006, it began production in May 2008.

In September 2009, we reached a production of 4,000,000 liters of ethanol per month, and today we exceed 14,500,000 liters per month.

INPASA was born with a clear vision: to drive sustainable development through the transformation of Paraguayan agriculture. From the outset, it bet on innovation and responsible production, becoming one of the country’s leading industries.

San Pedro
Toro Pirú

We arrived in San Pedro with an enormous challenge: to build a modern, efficient industrial plant aligned with our commitment to sustainable development. In 2016, we chose Guayaibí, in the heart of the country, as the ideal place to expand our vision and strengthen national biofuel production.

In 2018 we officially began production, and since then we have established ourselves as one of the most modern plants of its kind in Latin America. San Pedro not only allowed us to grow, but also to take a step forward in innovation and industrial efficiency. We are still here, working every day for a Paraguay that moves forward with clean energy, technology and a vision for the future.

Operating in Brazil

In Brazil, our vision also took root. We started in Sinop, which today holds the title of the world’s largest Corn Ethanol operation, followed by Nova Mutum, Dourados, Sidrolândia, Balsas and Luís Eduardo Magalhães, where we operate with state-of-the-art technology and a production that drives bioenergy in the region. Each plant reflects our commitment to efficiency, sustainability and agricultural development.

2 Under Construction

Today we keep growing. We are building new units in Rio Verde (GO) and Rondonópolis (MT). With this expansion, we will reach more than 12 million metric tons of corn processed per year, consolidating our position as leaders in corn ethanol in Latin America.
